It doesn't have to be a run!
If you are more interested in walking, cycling, swimming or even parachuting for Wellbeing of Women then we will support you every step (leap, stroke or pedal) of the way. Let us know about your challenge by filling out this participation form - or simply emailing us at wellbeingofwomen@rcog.org.uk
Cycling
If you enjoy cross-country cycling as a hobby - maybe you would like to challenge yourself to go a little further and raise money for charity into the bargain. Two of our supporters just completed a Coast-to-Coast challenge for the charity cycling from Morecombe to Scarborough and raising over £350 in the process.
If you'd prefer something gentler that you can do with a big group of friends, family and colleagues (young and old) then why not sign up to ride on the world's largest bicycle, taking 24 simultaneous riders!

Sky Dive
Take the ultimate challenge and throw yourself out of a plane for charity! You can choose from a Tandem Skydive, a Static Line Jump or an Accelerated Freefall Solo Skydive. For more information about these options click here.
Walking for Wellbeing of Women
There are many classic walks around the UK and any of them can be used to raise sponsorship for Wellbeing of Women: Lands End to John O'Groats, Hadrian's Wall, The Pennine Way, The RidgeWay, or part of the Coastal Path - we will provide fundraising support and publicise your walk - call Deborah in the office to discuss.
And for a really exciting challenge look on our Overseas Challenges page for the next Hike for Hope - this year it will be to Kerala in India in November. Past hikes have treked through Jordan in 2006, The Rift Valley in 2007, and across the Sinai Desert in 2009.
Check out the walking and treking page for more information and updates.
Swimming
You don't have to do your fundraising on Dry land, why not go for the ultimate challenge and swim the channel? Or simply organise your own sponsored swim - for more details on swimming events click here. Last year Amy Gower from Great Yarmouth raised £500 for the charity with a sponsored swim at her local pool.
