Liz Campbell began her professional life as an HR professional in the construction industry.
After starting her family she also started an industrial employment agency with two partners to enable her to work flexibly whilst bringing up her children.
In 1997 Liz sold her share in the business and began a decade of work in the public sector as a non executive director in two NHS trusts and an independent member, vice chairman and chairman of a police authority.
Liz has held national portfolios for policing and contributed to changes in policy in some key areas of police reform. At the same time Liz has been a volunteer with several charities both as a fundraiser and as a trustee.
